He has worked as an Investment Banker for sixteen years with JP Morgan Chase in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group as a Vice President. He was also instrumental as a team member in most of Motorolas acquisitions in the 1990s. For three years, Alex Asiedu served as the Managing Director of Continental Telecom Group, Inc a group put together by Motorola to own and operate its African Gateway in the Irridium Project. He has further served as an External Consultant to the African Development Bank (ADB).
Alex Asiedu has an MBA (Finance) from Stern New York University and a Post-graduate Certificate in Finance and Investments from Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance and investment banking having served for several years at the executive management level with corporate banks. A former intern with now KPMG, a global leader in the field of Accountancy, Audit and Consulting, he has also held various executive and senior management positions in the manufacturing, financial services and the agri-business industry.
He is currently a director of several companies and not-for-profit organizations that spans across various sectors of the economy.
He is passionate about poverty alleviation and would like to bring to the fore the social costs of poverty and how to ameliorate the problem.
Mr. Jesse Agyepong has extensive knowledge in the field of Marketing working for Blue Chip companies managing revenue growth for companies within the Telecommunication, FMCG and Electronic industries over the past 12 years. Jesse’s experience spans but not limited to the following companies; Tigo Ghana where he worked at Marketing Director.
Jesse also worked as Head of Consumer Marketing at Vodafone Ghana, Head of SME and Enterprise business Airtel Ghana, Senior Brand Manager at Diageo (GGBL) and Business Development Manager at Charterhouse Ghana.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana where he also studied for a BA in political science.

Michael is a seasoned Telecoms and Mobile Financial Services leader with 5 years of experience in the ICT industry. He has the expertise in technical support, operations management, project management, service delivery.
His experience spans across both equipment vendors and the telecom operator space. Michael spent over 4 years in the telecom sector working with Ericsson and Millicom Ghana.
Michael was the technical head of the Core Network, Value Added Services, Tigo Cash Mobile Financial Service Product, the Data Communications and the Infrastructure at Ericsson Ghana.
Michael stepped up in from a role of VAS Manager to a NOC and Incident Management Manager proving the capacity to adapt and understand the end to end network.
During the past years he has received very good feedback from customers, both local and global and has proven to be key asset for the delivery in Ghana, showing inner capacity to reinvent himself and drive problems to solutions. Michaels ability to create a virtual working platform within Africa and Global Network Operations Centre in India has improved the operational response times of the Ericsson Managed Services.
His expertise in managing operations and driving incidents within the Millicom Mobile Financial Services Operation ensured the product winning the Best Mobile Money Deployment in Africa Award by the Mobile Money & Digital Payments Dubai, Best Mobile Money Service in Ghana by the Ghana Telecoms Award in May 2013, Best Mobile Money Product in West Africa from Kalahari awards in Nigeria. Michael was the project lead during the Millicom MFS Transformation Project of adding a Middle tier to the MFS platform and API exposure to third parties and external applications.
Michael has a vast experience in training and developing talents as he has lectured in tertiary institutions like Christian Service University College and the Garden City University College etc. Michael holds degree in Computer Science and Telecom Engineering from KNUST as well as a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Development and Marketing.
To be able to drive projects from a commercial point technically, he obtained a Business Administration Studies from Blekinge University in Sweden. Michael is a chartered economist in Economic Policy and planning under AAFM American Academy of Financial Management.
